Our Adult Intro to Hockey program is a great way to get into the game! Whether you are a Men’s League player looking for more ice and some challenging drills, or a hockey parent who wants to try and train like their son or daughter we have the coaching and program for you. This program will have station based drills that allow you to move at your own pace and get some guidance from our RHA Staff. This is a program for beginners to those with 2+years experience.
